One World Cover to Speak at the NESA 2025 Fall Leadership Conference in Istanbul in October
We’re delighted to announce that One World Cover will once again be participating in the NESA Fall Leadership Conference, taking place from October 16-19, 2025, in Istanbul.
The NESA Fall Leadership Conference is one of the most significant gatherings of international school leaders in the region. Each year, it brings together Heads of School, CFOs, HR Directors, and other senior leaders to share strategies, strengthen resilience, and explore solutions to the most pressing challenges facing international schools.
At the 2024 NESA Fall Leadership Conference in Dubai, One World Cover’s Customer Experience Director, Michael Pennington, presented on: “Financial Sustainability & Faculty Well-Being: Advanced Strategies for Managing Health Insurance Costs to Stay Ahead of Medical Inflation.”
That session focused on the growing strain of medical inflation and offered actionable strategies to bridge a school’s duty of care to staff with the need for financial sustainability.
This year, we are proud to continue the conversation with a new session that builds on those insights, reflecting the realities schools face today – including rising costs and the additional pressures brought by regional instability.
This year, Michael will return to the program with a new session: “Fixing What Feels Unfixable: Between Runaway Costs and Regional Crises, Faculty Care Can’t Wait.”
As always, our purpose at One World Cover remains clear: to help international schools protect their faculty, manage costs responsibly, and design benefits strategies that are sustainable over the long term.
We look forward to connecting with school leaders across the NESA region this October in Istanbul.
