Your Health Insurance Provider – Prosper Health
Prosper Health is a leading health insurance service provider based in Shanghai, with deep experience supporting large groups of expatriates across China. Their unique service platform allows members to submit claims, track reimbursements, and access plan information in English or Chinese via a convenient WeChat mini-program or via a dedicated Personal Care Manager (PCM) (also on WeChat). Prosper maintains a strong direct billing network and a responsive bi-lingual service team familiar with the expectations of international employees living and working in China.
