Shanghai

Sino-United Health

Can the clinics or hospitals treat patients with a serious case of COVID? Only the main hospital in Huangpu (1 Ningbo Road (main entrance is located on Middle Jiangxi Road)), and if the patient needs to be hospitalized the recommendation from Sino-United would be to go to a public hospital.

Is there a virtual hotline/support service at this time if people need to speak to a doctor when they are isolating at home? They have an online service, where clients can talk to the doctors and order medicine. Details in the flyer which can be downloaded here.

Is there a pharmacy delivery service at this time if people need medication delivered when they are isolating at home? See flyer here. For now all fever/cold related medication (or Paxlvoid) has to be collected from the hospital or clinic pharmacy, existing patients can consult the doctor over phone call then arrange someone to pick it up. New client has to visit the fever clinic at the hospital then pick it up themselves.

Jiahui Health

Can the hospital treat patients with a serious case of COVID? Only the main hospital can treat patients with a serious case of COVID not clinics.

Is there a virtual hotline/support service at this time if people need to speak to a doctor when they are isolating at home? Jiahui have online consultation with a medication delivery service. The online services can be accessed by scanning the below QR code (in WeChat).

Is there a pharmacy delivery service at this time if people need medication delivered when they are isolating at home? Can be arranged using the attached QR code (in WeChat).

United Family Hospitals in both Puxi and Pudong can accept COVID positive patients. Shanghai Pubin Children’s Hospital 上海浦滨儿童医院 can accept COVID positive children. Please note that Delta Health and the private section of SEIMC are unable to treat COVID patients.

In terms of public hospitals, both Shanghai Children’s Medical Center and Renji Hospital are offering online consultations. Please note that online consultations are not standardly covered by health insurance, so you will need to check ahead of time.

Beijing

Beijing United Family Hospitals and Clinics (BJU)

Can the clinics or hospitals treat patients with a serious case of COVID? At this moment BJU are allowed to admit patients with serious covid complications into the hospital.

Is there a virtual hotline/support service at this time if people need to speak to a doctor when they are isolating at home? BJU has their “internet hospital” available, though only from 9am to 6pm. Their emergency room is open 24 hours as always and their call center number 400-891-9191) as well.

Is there a pharmacy delivery service at this time if people need medication delivered when they are isolating at home? They have pharmacy delivery service, however the delivery service in the city is a bit “messy” at the moment, many delivery companies are having trouble with delivery orders.

There is a fever clinic at United Family Clinics Jianguomen Clinic (adults and children), Financial Street Clinic (adults), Tianzhu Clinic (adults and children) and at the Rehabilitation Hospital near the main hospital in Lido. They operate normal office hours and for mild cases only. At the UFH Women’s and Children Hospital (adult women and children) and at the ain hospital in Lido they have 24/7 fever center for moderate and severe symptoms.

OASIS International Hospital

Can the hospital treat patients with a serious case of COVID? OASIS have a new 24/7 fever clinic and are treating covid/fever patients with IV infusions.

Is there a virtual hotline/support service at this time if people need to speak to a doctor when they are isolating at home? They are booking current patients with video consults, when available, but they encourage patients to use our fever clinic or come to the hospital due to the inefficiencies in shipping. OASIS are not promoting any special video consult service at this time but patients can call our 400 (400-8762-747) number to request special services.

Is there a pharmacy delivery service at this time if people need medication delivered when they are isolating at home? They do shipping by some requests but due to bottlenecks its best to go to their fever clinic or book with a doctor or go direct to the pharmacy and pay with cash.
